1st EVER Virtual Yoga Class

I find myself filling my time with busy work lately - things I feel I "have" to get done whether it's something I promised I'd do for someone else or something I made up for myself.

In April, I cleaned all the blinds in my house. I convinced myself this was important and that once I was done then I could fully relax.

Well, guess what? When I was done, I was exhausted and then the next day there was something else I "had" to do before I could finally rest.

I'm always working toward something, but I rarely slow down to evaluate where am I going? Where do I want to go? Is it okay to not get anything done today?

I've been trying to slow down and allow myself to rest in recent months, but it's been a hard habit to kick the procrastination and the "need" to be busy (when actually there's not much to do.)

I invite you to slow down with me.

I'm going to do my first ever Virtual Yoga class Wednesday, August 12 @ 9:30AM. We'll be doing deep breathing and meditation and a slow flow to stretch and open up the body.

Feel free to share with your friends who also need to slow down. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 12 @ 9:30AM.
